<description><![CDATA[Henning, yes, I'm aware that Domino will run fine on these systems.. but when it breaks for some reason, and we contact IBM support on behalf of the customer, then we are in trouble... and most of our customers doesn't want to pay us for do IBM's support work :-)<br /><br />I think there is some kind of agreement between IBM and Novell / Redhat to support only server distributions from them, and therefore there is no motivation to support free distributions - only if the pressure from customers gets too high.]]></description>

We should consider to certify for a kernel version and also other minimum requirements. ( libs and packages )<br /><br />This would be a better way in my oppinion.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Thanks. I have tried to follow the your installation guide.<br /><br />I have a domino 8.5.1 installed, and the first time I try the register.xsp. I got ? on all labels, yes, i have used the checkin translator.<br /><br />The next time I try register.xsp without any changes, i got Error 404<br /><br />HTTP Web Server: Item Not Found Exception<br /><br />Could it be some errors with 8.5.1? Or is it something else I have missed.<br /><br />Thank you for your help]]></description>
